Mark joined LMS in 2011 as a Network Engineer and was quickly appointed as Director of Support Services in less than a year. During that time, Mark was responsible for overseeing all service delivery and project management for our clients, providing strategic guidance while ensuring that our team of Network Engineers was always functioning at its maximum and providing the highest level of support to our clients. In his current role as VP of Consulting/vCIO, Mark is working directly with our clients in regard to technology decisions and overall direction, project development, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, as well as leading large-scale wireless design projects. Mark has been in the technology field for 20 years, with more than 10 years of direct Managed Services experience. He has worked as a field technician, internal Technology Manager and high-level consultant on occasions. Mark is certified ITIL v3 in IT Service Management and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University. When not in the office or keeping up with the ever-changing technology field, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, reading and playing the bass.
